Ben Whishaw gazes out across Vauxhall Bridge during filming for latest James Bond film Spectre in London

Gazing out across Vauxhall Bridge, Ben Whishaw cuts the perfect quizzical look associated with his James Bond character, hi-tech boffin ‘Q.’
Whishaw won high praise for his role in Skyfall – which became the most successful Bond film of the franchise – and it was announced last year he will return to play ‘Q’ in the upcoming movie.
He was spotted filming in London today dressed in an over-sized jacket, patterned shirt, jeans and casual shoes.

Shot in Solden, Austria, the 1’53-minute behind-the-scenes featurette showed Daniel Craig dressed in black firing a shot and running towards a burning vehicle on a snowy mountaintop.
Details about the plot of Spectre remain under wraps, although we know Bond will receive a cryptic message from his past that will lead him to uncover the ‘terrible truth’ behind the shadowy organisation.
Spectre – which stands for Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion – is led by iconic evil genius Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
Django Unchained star Christoph Waltz is tipped to play the evil genius – famous for his trademark white cat and for gruesomely disposing of his failing underlings – in the new movie.

The baddie made his last appearance in an ‘official’ Bond film in 1981 when he featured in For Your Eyes Only.
In a nail-biting opening scene Blofeld is hanging from an helicopter piloted by Roger Moore’s James Bond.
The scene ends with Blofeld being dropped down a huge brick industrial chimney close to the River Thames in London.
